Located in Sandy Bay with a beautiful view of the Caribbean. The property is a tropical paradise with hibiscus and bird of paradise plants, coconut palms, lime tree, avacado tree, pineapple plants, mango trees, plantain trees, humming birds, and green parrots.
The open living plan includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, family room and a fully equiped kitchen. Sleeps up to six people in two queen beds and one double bed.
Includes: Linens and towels * Tile floors * CD Player * Washing Machine * Open breezes and ceiling fans in every room * Private dock * Water cooler * outdoor sink and shower (great for dive gear)
Our weekly rate is $1,500 for two people, $1,750.00 for 3 to 4 people. Weekly rentals begin on Saturday afternoon and end the following Saturday morning. A deposit of 50% is required with your reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to your rental period. In the event that you must cancel we will gladly refund your deposit if we are able to re-rent the house for the period you have reserved.
INCLUDED IN THE RATE IS A CASA DE VISTA CARIBE GUIDE/HOST AND USE OF A 24 FOOT CENTER CONSOLE BOAT (operated only by or under the supervision of your guide and fuel is your expense).
